Through the years that you have missed

You made me laugh all the time
I never thought I'd cry,
But when you left I blamed myself
I just couldn't figure out why.

My laughs turned into screams of pain
My smiles turned into frowns,
I thought you were my god sent angle
I can't beleive you let me down.

Now your back with smiles for me
And I just don't understand,
You want to be in my life again
You want to hold my hand.

Should I give my heart to you
Or will you throw it out the door,
Should I just walk away?
Or try it once more.

awwww ash....i wouldnt have a clue what to do if i were in your position. being used..or feeling used like that by a person you love is tough....

I was in love and obsessed with someone once who had loved me too. The problem? We just weren't good for each other. I'd never go back to him because even though he meant so much to me I can't trust him not to hurt me again. Maybe your situation is like that. But then again maybe it's not... who knows? Just be careful alright. I don't want to see any new broken hearted poems from you. Make yourself happy.

P.S.- I really, really liked the poem. Very emotionally charged... very honest...

It is all up to you to figure whether he deserves another chance or not. One thing though, never blame yourself for the bad that happened between you and him. Seems like all you did was love him, and that will never be a fault on it's own. Good luck.
