I keep on waiting for your return -
but you’re not coming.
Yet again I’ve been burned.
Yet again, yet again.
I keep on crying,
but why is this so?
Why did you have to go?
Was it really so bad?
I keep watching the leaves as they fall -
I see myself in their reflection.
The same goes for my heart:
the broken remains flowing through air.
With you gone,
I keep drowning in despair.
If you’d only come back,
and piece me whole once again.
