A world, a nation cries
One hope ,one dream dies

A world stopped by anger, still as can be
A world stopped by anger, so unsteady

Madness of evil, Slashes of pride
A world a nation, slipped away and died

No understanding, no heart, one but of steel
A nightmare, we want to awake, and told its not real

Thousands upon thousands suffer this pain
A nations tears, pours as the rain
Thousands upon thousands suffer not gain
One decision one choice, One day will remain
All of this seems evil and insane

My heart cannot imagine to feel the heartache
A nation is cracked, and begins to break

Living a moment in history
Seeing a day of insanity

Seeing a day of sadness and sorrow
Hoping the sun will come out tomorrow

It took a groundbreaking thing
to awake from our dream

Our dream of a perfect world, no wars just bliss
Our dream of a perfect America, that dream we miss

Destruction and anger laughs at our face
it all seems like an ongoing race
All for the rush of the best first place

Can we stop anger can we stop this clock
A nation struggles, and remains to be in shock

My heart is sadened, by the pressures and madness
My heart is sadened, by the selfishness and sadness

My heart goes out to all familys or anyone affected by this tradgety. God Bless you. May your hearts be lifted and not saddened no more.

What an awesome tribute to the many lives lost and many people who lost loved ones. I'm from Canada, and let me assure you, the entire world was saddened. Long live the United States of America.
