I wrote this for Memorial Day, I know it is simple. But the message is the point and when trying to send a message. I believe in the saying "Keep it simple stupid" Sorrows Bane Love is the one thing That keeps are spirits whole When Sorrow’s steady knocking With hurts that touch our soul When our world falls around us And darkness fills our dreams It's love that lifts our spirits And bridges Sorrow's streams Love beckonds from the brink Of being swallowed by the stream Dispels depression And warms us with it's gleam Love helps us through the horror Of love lost in some way Through mans trespass Or angels spirit them away Love comes to give us comfort And wipe away the tears And love will be with us When Sorrow's shadow nears Love's light whisper Will stifle Sorrow's gain In life's losses Love is Sorrow's bane Author Mr»ÄlleÿÇät copyright © Ed Schmidt 2001 |

Yes Love is the one thing that will not turn away and you can only hide from simply put is always there though you said it much better than I. It speaks through you heart and dream life will conform to thee in your belief Love |

Lovely positive poem about love. On all the roads a lover goes down the search for positive is the greatest driving force. But who could ever describe it completely... this is a good poem! |
