Floating Into You The bluest skies had deepened, dark the rumbling settled in. Rolling thoughts of you, had I as clouds began to thin. They took upon themselves, the shades in pinks of cotton soft. The blending of the grays and blues then rainbow arched aloft. Formations changing, drifting slow as tears were misting, light. The sun was peeking, once again the palest maize, tonight. A world of pleasure floated in, as stormy one departs, My thoughts of you are resting near pillowed by my heart. Caressed am I, as night descends fulfilled by nature's gifts. These memories send me to dream into your arms, I drift. ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". |

Victoria, Krawdad, Pamela, Poeminister, & Sven..we had some of the strangest thunderstorms and it made me write, while hearing them...and then after going outside and seeing such a beautiful changing soft sky.I kept telling my neighbor look ,look isn't that beautiful and she was wondering why I kept sending her looking skyward until she saw the rainbow form...I love the sky when it has erupted in colors thank you for reading *s ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". |
