Sitting on this stone,
Formed so long ago
That time has no meaning,
I can count the clouds
And feel the seconds tick
Away in silent stages

Wrapping around me
The curtain of today,
Sand still I wait,
Changing one grain
At a time as the
Erosion of light brings
Washes of shadow

Movement
Of necessity,
shatters
Fragile reverie,
Breaking unconscious
Thought into deadpan
Masks,
And I bow

Waiting for
Reviews to
Come in
