A string of birds gather along the wire Here they have such an enviable view They hear my words of love as they travel Across the distance between me and you The whispers in the tree tops Tell of a love that is so grand A symbol of such a love is shown As a heart etched in the sand The surprise of a tulip As it breaks through the earth Or the love that is felt At the miracle of birth The secrets that remain hidden Within the depths of the sea The many hours of happiness That you continually give to me Through my pen I write my love Hoping my words will touch your heart And hope that your soul and mine Will never be far apart Suetang |

SueTang~ I just LOVE the thought of birds eavesdropping on the telephone wires ! 'A string of birds gather along the wire Here they have such an enviable view They hear my words of love as they travel Across the distance between me and you' How adorably refreshing is this thought !
