Eyes so Pure

Through the picture of the mind
The dimensions of thoughts
Are travelling far beyond
A world of imagination

Where no one dared before
Where questions surmounts
Until the dawn of answers
Emerge from the opposite

Eyes so pure, eyes so beautiful
Hurt from my anguish, my pain
Through these eyes I noticed
A friend. No! not just a friend

A deep emotional bond landed
Into my heart from the heavens
A search for truth touched my soul
The coming together of two streams
Streams of tears from the same source
From the same motherland

The pain I saw in those eyes
Entered my soul tearing me apart
Holding back from an embrace
Gathering my senses, I did not want to part

Those tearful eyes, eyes so pure
Reached deep within my soul
I walked back to my little corner
I knew she would reach out to me
For those eyes so full of purity
Became entrenched in my memory
The other end of the rainbow
Had found a friend to ease the sorrow

Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love
(Daniel J D)

Enjoyed the gentleness the poem subject displays though  near strong devotion.
