Repost: No Title A short tarry under the stars Questioning who and what we are? Querying query night and day, What do the stars really say? What is truth and what bazaar? We must settle for what we must. Before, before we turn to dust. It seems to me no other choice I surly hear no other voice. Not that of God, or left to trust. For me I do not cry or weep For me there is but one clean sweep. I stand the beach a naked soul I have one goal and pay one toll. And that for sure a quantum leap. I ask no one to follow me To see the things you cannot see. Nor do the things that I would do. It's all been done there's nothing new. We are what we were born to be. To fatalistic do you think? Look my eyes and see if I wink. |
