I’ve fallen asleep atop the mist of security’s breath, indifferently dreaming of the mayhem unbridled below, of which I’ve no longer been apprehensive since of the muffling of your grasp... the lightning reaches...your hand defends; the thunder sneers...your comprehension intensifies... the vagueness distorts...your eyes interpret the clues; the moon hides...your electricity repositions the clouds... I’ve plunged into reverie amidst the threats on my well-being, blithely smiling into the eyes of curses unleashed about, to which I’ve given no consideration because of the deafening of your unspoken assurance... simplicity eludes me...your voice soothes me; the lack of composure unnerves me...your gaze calms me... certainty sidesteps my aim...your guarantee reinstates my faith; the forthcoming remains a mystery...your expertise unravels its fibers... -kh 06/18/01 I hopelessly, helplessly, wonder why |
