The tingle of that first kiss you gave me the look of love the one that said "save me" The roses I placed on your door, the feeling unsure of how you would be. Long summer nights spent so close together the rain, our wet clothes, from bad weather Oh how we lived for these things, that made my heart sing being with you. A long cocktail sipped at the roadside bar A trip to the country in our rusty car The stickyness of your lips pressed against mine made everything fine, wherever we went. Rich- |
