My muse has deserted me Never before have I been so blind As darkness fills the void in my mind Not until I am deserted by she, Who used to be my best friend Now she’s a million miles away And I lose my grip every day Is this the beginning or the end? Just another one With wheels come undone No more races to run In the setting of the sun My muse has deserted me And took with her my thoughts Leaving only traces of my heart Memories of the one I used to be No more dark spectre mistress No more flowers of grey No more words to say And ignorance is not bliss It feels like a heart attack As if my spirit wracked I know I’ll never get it back I know now there is only black My muse has deserted me |

It is always darkest just before dawn. You will make it thru the void and come out a better person and poet. Live for love. Without love, you don't live. |

Thy muse, dear sir, plays peek - a - boo of the heart, perhaps off to find the sun or to bring thee a rainbow of delight thy muse, dear sir, not gone long from sight why dream, dear sir and she shall appear, again, this night.... |
