another crisis over and i looked up to the skies i wondered dearest lord did you not hear my cries did you not hear my prayers for help for strength to carry on the faith to keep on going when most my will was gone did you not see my tortured soul as step by step i faded deeper into such dispair as problems just cascaded i looked for you with tear filled eyes my ears they tried to hear as i grew weaker day by day you never did appear i got through it on my own you see you didn't seem to care i found the will to carry on to climb from my dispair but then i remembered a poem and i tried to understand the meaning behind those words from footsteps in the sand maybe you were really there was i too blind to see all along through all that pain you were helping me my lord please do forgive me for doubting that you care i know you cannot change my life but at least i know your there |

Encouraging poem. Moods do drop & experiances become tiresome..Nice to read Christian words that keep my faith strong. |

There are only two places we know of- over there and over here. And God is in both of them. Very nice, indeed. Melton |

It is very painful to feel as if God is not hearing us... but he is always faithful to us, even when we are not faithful to him. He has certainly blessed you with the gift of writing. Wonderful. "We also know how cruel the truth often is, and we wonder whether delusion is not more consoling."- Henri Poincare (1854-1912) |
