Like an artist puts his paintbrush to paper So do I put my pen to write My ideas they may come in the daytime Quite often they will come during the night So much I have found I can write about The words flow like blood through a vein I find myself writing quite often Of lovers who go through so much pain When writing about my beautiful garden The words flow like a river through my head And how happy I feel when so many people Get so much enjoymjent about the things they have read My words try to be healing and outreaching If I can help someone that just makes my day Especially if they've been feeling unhappy And my words help to drive the dark clouds away I am far from alone as a writer So many gifted people I see Who get so much enjoyment from their writing Just like the neverending joy it brings me Suetang |
