Search for Peace

On common ground, a search for peace at night
Blend with fire’s shell, common ground, employ
See the victory, in new dawn’s twilight
Bend the choir’s swell, seek the cry of joy

O that search of peace leads them to the bright
O that would be found could one day bring joy
On common ground, a search for peace at night
Blend with fire’s shell, common ground, employ

Do recall the lot of man seeking light
That his kindred may one day then enjoy
All that a harvest of love may employ
‘Tis you as might bring forth hope of great light
On common ground, a search for peace at night
