The dragon flares it's nostrils As the minstrel plays the tune The knight errant rides again But refuses to see the truth The image in the looking glass is that of a facade grown old The strength that holds it in place Is the cracking mortar around the core "You can't reason with your heart; it has it's own laws and thumps about things which the intellect scorns." |

It nice to see the knight spirit still exists, Look deeper in the mirror to she the shadow of the knight within you. Write on Kethry Those of us who refuse to risk and grow get swallowed up by life. Patty Hansen. |

Irish Rose - I'm trying to vary my writing style. A change from the epic poems I am usually penning. Thank you for your kind review. Kethry - hand me some windex so i can look at that mirror. *smile* Shawn "You can't reason with your heart; it has it's own laws and thumps about things which the intellect scorns." |
