in the comfort of your whisper

like your long forgotton teddy bear
kiss me in the shadow of our memory
tell the moon that you love me
every night under starry skies
for soon the dark clouds will disapear
and we finally realize
we were only as far

Tender poetry, Brad. Only one thing I would change.. "starry" *ducks and hopes she does't get slapped* reach inside yourself for another desription that equals and surpasses "starry" at the same time. It will fit the rest of your poem better.
