Tepid Spirit by Michael Tepid in spirit, fragile in weary form, I sit. This morning woke without a sun. Just sighing heavens releashing moisture to the earth. I close the blinds against these leaden skies. With pen and page I scrawl these mournful words. As I write, salty droplets fall on backs of hands, then spill to mix with ink. I weep. Proust- |

Michael--So stark and real the way your words pen how you feel...like the leaden sky. |
