Each time that you whisper my name it is as though I have never heard it spoken from your lips before. Each time that we kiss it is as though it is the first time that I have ever felt your kiss before. Each time that we touch it is as though it is the very first time that I have ever felt your touch before. Each time that you hold me it is as though you have never held me in your caring arms before. Each time that you love me it is as though you have never loved me before and never will again. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind - there is something more than simple serendipity at work when I click on a poem of yours - more especially of late - since I have as little time online as I do -woo hoo! Bill, thank you. It seems I have so little time here anymore myself, and even less time I spend writing. As a fellow poet once told me, a poet never stops writing as long as blood courses through the veins....lol...I think sometimes the ink well runs dry for a while, but then it fills back up and the words once again come.
