All alone she sits in the darkness Distant thunder is moving near The crackling of the fire Is the only other thing she can hear An argument they'd had Over the lipstick on his shirt How crushed was her soul How much her heart did hurt He meant so much to her Such plans they had made Now her heart it seemed torn By the fell of a blade He once said how much he loved her Now his words didn't mean a thing To think that this same person Once made her heart sing Now as the lightning crashes She packs her bags in disbelief All too soon she knows She'll be overwhelmed by so much grief The last of the dying embers Like their love that has now died Where will she go to now? Which is the best place to hide? So confused her state of mind is As she walks forlornly out the door The rain now engulfs her body Will she ever feel the same anymore? Suetang |

sounds like she went to the right place... aways away where she can lick her wounds and heal her sound such a sad penning. Time flies? Say it not so, time stays we go. |

A touch of color and then All the world is washed in pain, A touch of happy and then, Hopes and dreams betrayed again. Gloom. |
