Somewhere In A Whisper
~*Marge Tindal*~

Whisper me gently ... from lilting tongue
Curls unfurled ... in whispers now sung
Wrap remember ... in satin smooth ink
Quill upon paper ... parchment drink

I will hear you ... softly spoken
Words you pen ... in simple token
Breathe of love ... so I can hear
Thoughts from you ... reach waiting ear

Whisper me gently ... so you will be
Folded in keepsake memory
Somewhere in a whisper

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

Very nice use of pauses and italics, it created a unique feel only present in written poetry (as opposed to spoken poetry).
Wonderful work, Marge!

This is so beautifully romantic - I wish I could claim it - If it were written to me = I could easily fall in love - someone - somewhere - is VERY lucky. Regardless - it will go in my treasure box

Marge....I hadn't read this until now....so I guess that wave length that we share?  It's still working....

I guess we both "listen" quite well...you know, with that part of our being called our heart?

Yes, that's the way we do it....

well done, my dear....
