this is the message I was greated with.
That was at the eight o'clock hour.
This is going to be hard..
I can see that!

It sounds to me like you were trying to download a program for a private chat room. Am I correct? I wish you luck and hope you two can get together soon...I could certainly sense the frustration in this. Take care.
