Out Of The Mouth Of Babe’s In the radiance of a child We see that in which is missed Never knowing our lack Until confronted with its purity Simplicity and pure honesty Which is lost upon aging in A world always striving forward For knowledge and personal gains In order to achieve that in which Is needed to maintain solid footing Demanding of us more and more Just beyond arm’s length, just out of reach! But at what cost do we move forward? When does it become acceptable To subconsciously forget the humbleness Of our true natural nature They say out of the mouth of babe’s Comes truths pure and divine For every successful person There lies a child just beneath the skin So the next time life seems to ask Just a little too much or angers the soul Turn your attention to the child in you Gleam the true nature you were born with If you can not find resolve Go to a child and look upon his soul There lies the true beauty of life shining So evidently and open your heart wide By, Cerenity "God doesn't have to be reminded that we exist. |

This is beautiful. It is a shame how early children can lose this this innoncence and truth when not watched over and loved. Joyce |

Cerenity~ So nicely done, my dear. 'So the next time life seems to ask Just a little too much or angers the soul Turn your attention to the child in you Gleam the true nature you were born with If you can not find resolve Go to a child and look upon his soul There lies the true beauty of life shining So evidently and open your heart wide' *Hugs* ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
