*Gallery Special Exhibit: Selections from the First Series*

for her, words are life
they are her breath
          her blood
they beat in her heart
          and pulse through her veins
giving her another day of life
          another day of strength

she writes to live
she writes of her life
       her hopes and dreams
       become known to us
because it is what she knows
she finds solace in the words
     she gives us comfort in the words
          she becomes in the words
becoming more than a poet
               more than a writer
               more than a person
she becomes the poem

for her, words are life
and when she writes them
we welcome her into our hearts
          our minds
                    our souls
we welcome
       her words of life

you, Sven, must be writing gallery poems in duplicate because surely you had to have done our Liz a long time ago she is sooo awesome she should have been first on your mind but really I loved it and she's duh bomb

Sven, this is a lovely tribute to Elizabeth, her words of beauty have brought light and comfort to all of us.

Thank you my friends. . . this is from the first set of Gallery Poems that I wrote. . . I might pull out of few of them during this second set. . . and I couldn't think of a better one to start with than this one. . .

so much discribed and shown by someone for another..
"by every word that you share is what i see the words of love for our "family of friends"in pasions in poetry"..well..thats my thought on the poem..what i felt through your poem
