The candle |

The candle burns evenly, drops of wax pours down, like snow on a volcano. I watch the candle, as I pray. Its flicker reminds me, that it will one day end. And just like the candle, I now shine bright. For my youth I'm thankful. For my life I'm grateful. And when my time comes, I hope that it ends, just like this candle's. Complete and in peace. |
