i lay unable to sleep so i count the imaginary stars on the dark ceiling. i think of how i am invisible to the world all curled up in the darkness. i am unimportant, i am no one. i am part of this dark, part of this night. then i suddenly feel you stir beside me. and i remember how i am not no one, i am someone, to you. i remember how i am not part of this night, i am part of your life. i am not invisible because you see me. and all that matters to me is that you want to love me.
