I can capture moments I can laugh and smile and feel joy But the edges once so distinct and precise are shadowed fading in the emotional ache of uncertainty And the laughter Smiles and joy end on a quiet sigh a shakey breath or a crystal tear My mind whispers "Where are you going?" I have no answer "Often the test of courage is not to die but to live" |

does your mind really need to know??? sometimes the mind knows not where the heart leads. . . wonderful. . . -------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

As Sven said, and what seems to be the sense of what Meg Ryan said in "You've Got Mail", something to the effect of not so much expecting, or even wanting an answer, as needing to launch the question out into space. Bon Voyage. Bob |

fading in the emotional ache of uncertainty And the laughter Smiles end on a quiet sigh a shaky breath or a crystal tear My mind whispers "Where are you going?" I have no answer Perhaps an answer is not what the question seeks...but only to survive. My mind whispers "Is survival really living?" I have no reply Once again, I love the way you write. |
