My Sons (to Brian & Michael) my sons are incredible men and I shall adore you till my end at the moment of your birth defined the meaning of my worth you were a gift to myself I gave and every precious moment save in your faces I look with pride as you choose the paths you decide I admire who you both are surpassing my expectations by far even when we disagree you are still a part of me deep within this mother’s stake you….I shall never forsake what a joy to my life you bring attached to my heart, each holds a string "...the rest is silence" (Hamlet) Shakespeare |

Yes our sons are young men, That we have raise'd in our den. I am also just as proud, To the highest mountain I'll yell out loud. For the job that you and i have done, I know that we have won. So along with the string they have in your heart, Grown now, of us we gave them the best part. . . A Thank-you for the ode to our Sons..... I Love You Bernie A smile a day keeps the world in smiles's. Bernie Slicker [This message has been edited by bslicker (edited 04-16-2001).] |
