Reality has the uncanny ability
to insert itself into my life
As I try to escape into my world
I am besieged by bills and work
The key I feel is to make reality
the dream that I want it to be
I can use the rule of small stuff
"Dont sweat the small stuff"
This from my father who also said
"Everything is small stuff"
Good words for a poet to remember
when you are sweating over life
Just remember when you are writing
what matters is the small stuff
