An angel fallen from Heaven Picked up by your instincts Slowly wandering into your lies Not realizing reality You pulled her innosence Into the forbidden hell Clipping her delicate wings As your own trophy She was so pure Not knowing the pain of you But you had to introduce it Caring only for your wants How could she not see It was the blind fold you masked her with Leaving the black replaced by white light Confusing her inner being Her wings are growing back The internal scares are healing You stole her childhood But she still has the rest of her life... To fly high in the sky... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is my first time posting in Dark Passions. I think most of my work will be more 'in place' at this forum. Thanks... What don't kill you can only make you stronger... |

Hey Jess, Like I said in my reply to the post in Teen, I love this poem. You may think of yourself as an angel fallen from Heaven, but if Heaven hadn't let you go, would I have had the chance to fall in love with you? You'll always be my angel, chica. Love you *hugs* -Adam Of all the things that I confess, |
