My love dreams in quiet slumber Of all that she perceives as fair Her head upon the pillow resting Bathed within her raven hair Behind her eyes the scene unfolds And plays before her in the night Would that I could share her dream And be a party to her sight Of what she dreams, I cannot say So, I will let her dreaming be Though I am saddened by the thought I know she does not dream of me Sing while you may |

Or maybe she is dreaming of you, like you said you do not know. This is a wonderful poem, excellent... write on! ~phreak "I woke you up and I slit the throat of your confidence, and we laughed in the night and I felt alright" (3EB) |

What a sad thought! I hope she really is though. Wonderfully written piece. ~* Megs *~ I love the lines some men use to get us into bed. "Please, I'll only put it in for a minute." What am I, a microwave? |

Thank you all. Your words are kind but when all is said and done, it's time for me to move on. Hope is a fine dream but one must finally wake. Hope is the gravestone of despair. Ian Sing while you may |
