she was lost beyond her early days she came through in yesterdays she just lost a bit of the past she went through the [edit] on a mast she wondered if she'd ever find home she lost it again within the winds ya see coming home wasn't quite what it had been she just lost she figured so she sat down and began to write it was a godsend she finally felt at home nites turned within her daze lays turned against her prays she found cheap lines sewn within the sands of time but, she just wondered how you could sow, or sew anything without a seed she pushed the limit always, she canned some feelings rainy day she felt it should save itself along came a poet she said he would enjoy she kept straight along her lines and he dreampt of her... in time she lived and loved he listened and loved within the boundries without all the sh** again they died Dedicated to all who write and feel J.L. This was a sombre poem, and thoughout it I relapsed into meloncholy. Lol. Write on Kethry Those of us who refuse to risk and grow get swallowed up by life. Patty Hansen. |
