Her Fable |

she read like a fable the words slipped from her skin i scraped them off the floor locked them within the image dissolved on sight her dust rode the breeze burning the atmosphere bright seizing the white clouds with a red dye her feathered flakes longing to be lonely scaring the sun from its homeless sky i could only open myself for a bleeding to extract her tale of pleading "fray for me" she wrote "pull yourself apart float in fragments lodge in my heart" "pray for me" she prosed "that twin fates divided can somehow roam parallel our pieces united" everyday i sang her words to the setting sky everyday no reply |
