Destination Unknown A pulsating mobile object is hurling thru time and space unaware of a destination and feeling out of place. An explosion is imminent or a collision might occur. Anything is possible and everything is sure. I have experienced an earthquake and a bright orange lava flow. Perhaps a tsunami will take out Hawaii as a hot forest fire burns wildly out of control. I knew this object well til she ripped it from my chest or did I freely give it to her thinking my heart knew what was best. Now the center of my universe has left me all alone to go haphazardly hurling thru time and space with a destination unknown. Jameslee@March31,2001 |

Destination unknown... don't we all feel like that at least once in life? There's always a meaning to it all just be patient and enjoy the ride. I liked it!!! |

Nicely done here. I truly enjoyed this poem a lot! I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
