In dark of night, I chase the moon My body yearning for it's tune that whispers of a fairy tale the tourquoise waters I could sail The stars that I could dance upon then gracefully become the dawn A dream as old as time must be to rise above humanity I'd like to say that it's not me in love with that old fantasy It wasn't my heart, disgraced me so forgot the rules old bruises show For "love" stands right here in my life and owned by him, I am his wife "When people show you who they are, believe them" |
