I'm looking through the sky. Upward glances toward a solid grey expanse. I let the rain fall in my eyes, like the tears that refuse to loosen. I'll be your winter. Dark yet comfortable. Silver skin, that tingles at the touch of. Hard air that rushes up against me. Leaving me bruised. This solid grey horizon.. that's all I can promise you. |

"I'll be your winter. Dark yet comfortable." beautiful as always "in a past life i was a woodcarver's knife: the sharpend blade of a wood cutter, the eldest son of the chief's brother: a maker of drums" |

I have to agree with eor this is beautiful. I kept picturing the face of a pretty, young girl in a northern clime at night with a full moon and gentle rain dropplets. a trickle of music from a well |

Very beautiful. No other way to describe it really, perfectly written in my opinion. |
