Do You Even Care? Do you know how hard I work for your approval? But I never get it. I’m not exactly sure what’s wrong with me, You never wonder, your always too busy yelling at me. I try so hard, do u even see that? All I want is for you to like me, But you don’t, and I don’t know why. I’ve tried for so long… I QUIT! All you ever do is yell and get mad at me. Do you see what you have done to me? I’ve cut, burned, and everything else imaginable to myself. I’ve made a lot of promises not to hurt myself anymore, but I’m not sure it’s worth it. Do you see how depressed I am? I don’t wanna be here anymore… I can’t take it I’m going insane. All this anger, hatred, and depression I fell right now is all because of you, mom and dad. |

We'll be issuing you a new mom and dad first thing in the morning...actually wish it was that easy...but we are stuck with the mom and dads we have...and fortunately most do the best they can...sorry you are having problems...if the family can't find solutions perhaps a counselor is in order...listen to Dr. Laura...she tells it like it is...James |

Let it pour on out T-Bird. Sounds like it's time to start pleasing yourself in a good/positive way. I like the emotion place into your poem. Let it out and keep pouring it out through your writing. There are a lot of great things stored inside you, as w/all of us. Go looking for it and write about it. Write on my friend/fellow poet. mysticpoe, poets helping poets, makes more poets. Parents can drive you mad sometimes. And actually I can relate quite a bit. My dad and I havent really got a long in years and its doubtful we'll start doing a whole lot better. It doesnt really make me angry but it does make me feel cheap. a trickle of music from a well |
