Lone Wolf

The children laugh
He sits and watches
The children cry
He sits and watches
The children call to him
Without a word he walks away

The brighter the sun
The less you will see him
The darker the nigh
Wider is the smile on his face

No one know what he thinks
No one sees the expression on his face
No one can know the pain inside
No one can ever walk along with him

His story is his own
He will go through life on the sideline
And watch as other giggle their way along--Willingly
He will lick a wound to help one heal
But he would rather die then receive it in return
He lays awake in his bed and cries
The tears neither good nor bad
He puts himself down
So the others wont have to do it
He will pass up happiness
If it means he doesn’t have to be hurt

He is a lone wolf
Destined to be alone

you've captured my view on life so perfectly... why can't the people who don't hurt ever understand what its like to hurt, and not want to live any more? l love the way you told this... you've got a talent there, so... just make sure u keep writing, and if writings ur way to get rid of pain, good luck.
you'll be ok.
laurie.
