Minion of darkness feed on twisted sadist desire on many a dim lit eve I feel the darknes thick probing inside violating The voices once imagined silent now scream in rage breaking dilluted fantasy and daydream Feel the chill crawling up your spine the hair standing up as night wind blows Your fear feeds your prison locked inside your mind afraid of the deamons that may lurk just outside When did the sun die? Good and evil once dichotomy now in bed with blasmpemous throes of ectasy spawning infants of ingnorrance to plague shallow minds As I walk the night I see things I shouldn't see but as day comes I realize they neve leave only run to shadow behing my vacant eyes. |

Hi Brad, this poem brought me on a journey that we all are a part of, but few wish to see. Your last stanza is especially captivating. You can go deep! Enjoyed, very much. mysticpoe |

Good poem, very well written. I lke the little haiku in as the first stanza. Whether or not it was intentionally done or not, I still like it. Jenni You are what you make yourself to be. |
