You know
My Dear Friend
It's not always so easy
To coax me
Out of my stubborn state of mind
I might come off
At times
Light and airy
You wonder why
I laugh in your face
When you think
You compliment me
When you say
That I am a sparkly
Faerie of your dreams
The essence of your fantasy
I'm not your Prima Donna
Far from your Pixie Ballerina
Deep inside this hidden heart
You'll find memories painting
Upon the canvas
The Darker shades of my existence
The Pandora's box
You tend to avoid
You only see what you want to see
And never the Darker Shades of me..

Consider yourself fuzzed

"you only see what you want to see
and not the darker shades of me"
Best lines.

How true.  Some people only want to take the good and ignore the bad.  The only way to really love a person is to love all sides of them.

So, I see that you're not always so "Fuzzy", and that's probably a good thing.

In reply to "which way do we go?", the answer was never "straight", but, "progressively forward".

?
given that we are all creatures of many moods
do we change in answer to some hidden mechanism
or
is it just a response to outside influences

The second you said Pixie ballerina,
my mind flashed the cover of Surfer Rosa.
Was that intentional?

I loved this piece.  Sinister, and very dark... I really enjoyed this.
...don't we all hide or try to control all of our darker shades now and then?  If they only knew what lurks behind our maskes (kidding).
Thanx, that was great.
Kisses,

Most of us are so afraid of our own id, our own dark nature, that we simply couldn't handle glimpsing that of another.  Those who can, possess strength enough to deserve admiration or envy, and may even be capable of true and honest love!  Nice piece.
