Always wanted
Hard to find
Brings happiness
Heavy like gold
Yet light as a feather
Ties you down
Won't let you go
Yet once lost it is needed
Why do we look

You described Love, perhaps, but with True Love, even if yr tied down, you don't feel that way or even notice it that way.

Cool poem, though.

Yeh, true love never ties down. Unless it's into that kinda thing.

Infatuatory love certainly does a lot of tying. If that's even a word; doesn't look right.
