The snow is whitest where you stood. The sky is bluest where you stared. The sun is golden where you held. The road is widest where you dared. The heat is brightest where you breathed. The night is warmest where you sang. The sea is fullest where you dove. The words are loosest where I hang. The shadows calmest where I dug. The words now gloaming cast their spell. The woods gone quiet. Path is lost. The light gone smoothest -- sinks -- we fell. These smiling eyes are just a mirror for the sun. -RHCP [This message has been edited by bsquirrel (07-07-2002 03:36 AM).] |

But I never dared... And this isn't a fall, it's just me taking a few steps back. "Es ist Folter, aber ich bin fast dort." Robert Smith's Torture in Deutsch. |

"My heart is broke, I have some glue. Help me inhale. Mend me with you. We float around. Hang out on clouds. Then we come down. Have a hangover." -Kurt Cobain These smiling eyes are just a mirror for the sun. |

I wish this poem and surrounding posts could be erased. These smiling eyes are just a mirror for the sun. |
