Thecolors of our love paint a magnificent portrait Filling every empty space of paper with yerning desires Wanting the slightest feeling to be noticed, We add brilliant shades of red to accent our emotion. The dark shadows on the wall remind me of your beautiful soul Delicate & true, but yet still untouchable Cherished thoughts bring dreams of the future You can't hide what you feel, you can't touch what you know We have to stay strong, to finish what we've started We cannot part, our hopes have now combined I will love you always... My heart says this is true As long as you care, there will not be a doubt in the world You & I can only grow together now Leaving our shattered pasts behind Starting something precious & new You have a friend in me, I will never let you down Nor forsake you & abandon you in an ocean of sorrow My doors are always open to you... No matter the place or time You have captured me & taken me whole Through the eyes I have never seen Through the touch I have never felt & through every thought that comes dancing into my mind This I just felt you should know & I hope you take my words close & dear to you heart... Just as I have done your's... I love you... |

You are such an awesome poet, and I have enjoyed every single thing you have written in dark passions. This poem is beautiful! You have a true and very real talent, don't ever lose that and don't ever give up on it because you have something beautiful that alot of people now days don't have. Poetry is a way of expressing the feelings you have deep inside of you. I always say that, A poem isn't just something you come up with, it's a deep feeling you have inside of you that you just need to set free. The colors of your excellent skill in writing and description paint a beautiful portrait that is very deep in its colorful use of imagery, very real in its soulfulness, and very moving it its effect. I admire your writing style, your choice of words, and the uniquely pure way in which you convey these emotions. God, if only I could hear these words from my "one"... I cried over the thought. |
