Cat In The Rain

Green burns
In two orbs
On a night like this
Raining, so cool
The air is wet
Brushing black fur
Is a small caress
Feline
Stretches it claws,
Still stained
With a purr of
Satisfaction

I really enjoyed this one and could relate so very well.  I sometimes think that cats have us bluffed and live better lives than us....in fact I'm certain of that!
