The sky and the ground bleed, into one another. The sun a single washed out bead suspended over and inside nothing. One whole canvas of dead water, creeps and slithers. Landscapes where trees seem to totter and heave with reflections leading nowhere. The earth wears a grey veil, of a widow. Sky is dense grey-pale with seas of rolling cloud entities. Sometimes i think i came from the clouds, on a winter's day. Swathed in already dyed burial shrouds moonbeam on my cheek, nothing on my feet. Do i contradict myself?Very well i contradict myself.I contain multitudes.~walt whitman |

Faeryie, Very interesting what you see. I've been in places like this. I like the voice you have given to it. Kraw' |

Swamp¤Faeryie ... this piece speaks of the human unsurity we all experience at some point in our lives ... not black, but certainly grey ... nice work. |

Such a great atmospheric portrayal - a painting in grey - sadness at the end, but the 'moonbeam on my cheek' is so delicious ... The poem's beauty overcomes its sorrow. Lary |

S F - nice write here... I'm currently visiting America - left my beautiful summer behind lol - and winter is a strange thing here...it's very dry in the air - I haven't seen snow yet but I want to no matter the wet, grey slushy aftermath...heh. K |
