~Today is my unhappy aniversery--my boyfriend & I broke up 1 month ago (fri July 13th) after over 2 long years together~

PLEASE!? (He's Gone)

Burning tears,
stream down my face.
Please let me leave,
this darkened place.
Why won't they stop?
When did they start?
Please help me heal,
my broken heart.
Please lift these tears,
from my swollen cheek.
Please help me stand,
my legs are too weak.
Please take this horrid,
taste from my tongue.
Please hold me here,
if I try to run.
Please take the sword,
from my chest.
Please understand,
that I tried my best.
Please let me get through,
the next couple of days.
Please take away,
this gloomy haze.
Please listen when I say,
I love you & don't want you to go.
Please embrace these words,
because it's the only truth I know!

This sounds like a little bed time prayer to me. It was awesome Elmo! On the 25th of this month, Justin and I will have been broken up for a year.

Someone once taught me that it doesn't matter what other people think of you as long as you like yourself. That's what I live by.
