Tight Grip.

Release your grip on me
take your hand off my heart
you just cannot see
that I’m being torn apart
I gave you all my love
and i’ve got nothing left to take
I’ve been up high above
and i’ve seen all my mistakes
but all i’ve done is love you
and I feel so abused
and now i’m left black and blue
so I hope that your amused.

Err... yeh... that feels better...
Marshal zu...

It's nice to know that writing makes you feel better. I guess it's the same for most of us
thanks for the wonderful read and keep sharing

I connected with this poem a lot. I have felt this way before too......as if the person hurting you does it for funs sake.
Nicely done here!!

Thanks for all the replies... I hope to bring you some more of my work soon... err... and as that old adage goes"a problem shared is a problem havled"... so as I see it I only need to send this to 10,000 people before the problem becomes insignificant... anyway thank you for sharing in my experience...
