Here is a rubbish poem that I wrote about this guy that I planned to travel the world with, we had planned it but he backed out the day before... Travelling on! Free as a bird, yet lonely inside, I must travel on and swallow my pride, I have so much to see and so much to do, Its not the same now I'm not with you. You left me there to face the world alone, You failed in your courage to leave your home, Why did you fail in your will to see life, You must feel regret as well as pain and strife. I've slept on beaches feeling pebbles so rough, I moved on up even though its been tough, More challenges await me when I come down to earth, But your only challenge is your wife giving birth! Michelle Stott (written sitting in a boring computer lecture). |
