In an upside-down garden

They all don't like who I am,
they don't like the way I dress,
they don't like the way I talk,
they don't like ME none the less.
But is doesn't matter now,
because I like me the way I am,
instead of the way they want me to be,
I am who I am.
They try to change my attitude,
they try to change my mind,
they try to perfect every person,
everything of human kind.
But they can't change me,
because I am something more.
I am the way I want to be,
I am forever more.
They try to hate me,
they try not to care,
but in the end,
the truth will always be there.
Because I will always be,
what ou taught me to be,
Myself,
and I thank you for that.

I can't see at all. Even if I could it would all be great, to put your picture on my wall, it reminds me that it's not so bad, it's not so bad.

We all think we've gone mad once in a while. If this poem is true, then stay strong. I know how hard it is but don't give in. Great work again.

Impressive. I loved it.
You've gone mad? You are already handling it well by putting it into your poetry.
I recently realized the importance of the self in my own life, so I know exactly what you are saying here.
