Standing In Silence...

0 posted 2001-04-16 10:40 AM

I had a dream that you loved me,
that at least you would see,
How I adored you so,
But that was just a dream,
And you stay oblivous to my love,
And I stay without your love,
But I had a dream,
That you were in love,
With only me............

Hmm.. tough situation.  One that I'm sure many have been in at one point or another.
Anyway, this is a well written poem.  You expressed yourself very well.. I liked it.
Nicely done.

This was great. I liked this one a lot. Short and good.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily

Short and sweet, A very good poem and a message that we can all identify with.

I thought this was good, but not your best work.  i think that the theme is a very good one and you might try expanding on the central idea a little more, bit it's  just a thought.  keep posting your work.

I think I agree w/ the others.  Not your best work, but it was still good.  Keep posting.

"And you stay oblivious to my love"

I like this line because most topics from dreams mean so much to the dreamer but the people who it may be about are usually oblivious to the dream.  I liked this poem and I enjoyed reading it1 Keep up the good work

Truly appreciative
